Starting in January of this year, Sam is the latest member to join the Norfolk Property Online team as a Sales Negotiator. Sam is another local agent, having lived in Norwich his entire life. Growing up, he attended Open Academy in Norwich. After completing his studies, Sam decided to study sports at a higher educational level. Unfortunately, this didn’t work out due to repeated injuries. It was after this Sam decided to pursue a career in estate agency.
Before working for Norfolk Property Online, Sam developed his skillset and added to his experience whilst working at a lettings agency.
Sam has a strong passion for selling properties and enjoys the variety of work that each day brings. “Every day is different. You speak to different people on a day to day basis.” Sam told me. His motivation comes from the happiness he brings to clients, his colleagues, and himself once the end result comes.
Although he hasn’t been with us for long, Sam has already cemented himself into the team and is enjoying his time working at Norfolk Property Online. “There’s an obvious positive attitude each member of staff has towards work. Everyone bounces off each other and supports each other. It’s like nowhere else I have worked before.”
As well as his experience and knowledge, Sam brings positivity, excitement and a hunger to succeed to the team and that is reflected in the work he does.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys socialising with his friends and spending quality time with his family. He also regularly plays snooker and competes at a top amateur level.
Fact about Sam: “I would say a fact about me is, whilst I take my work very seriously, I’m a very laid back person and I always trying to put a smile on people’s face’s.”
